US Shipping

We aim to offer a First-Class Shipping Service on all of our orders with DHL. We offer standard 3-5 working days as standard which can vary slightly depending on the size and value of your order. Our shipping options are as follows:

Free shipping with DHL: On all orders over $49.00 - Tracked 3-5 working days

Small Items with DHL: All orders under 2kg - Tracked 3-5 working days

Large Items with DHL: All orders over 2kg - Tracked 3-5 working days

Shipping for orders under $49 will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the size of the items in your order.

Personalised and Bespoke - These items can take up to 14 days to be made before they are despatched on a next day service. 

We reserve the right to despatch bespoke orders via Yodel, DHL, DPD or any other courier service deemed most suitable. We will contact you shortly after you place your order to notify you of an approximate delivery date.

When shipping outside of the UK, Lords & Labradors can accept no liability for any customs delays or travel disruptions which may result in a delay of delivery, or the order being returned to sender as this at the discretion of the customs process in the country of delivery. Lords & Labradors will always keep you up to date with any delays or issues.
